as well as facilitating the booking process of these accommodations through external specialized platforms (Logdify or Amenitiz).

included in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using the Website.

3. Conditions of access and use

Access to the Website is free, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the user.
The user undertakes to use the contents and services of the Website diligently, correctly and lawfully.

The following are expressly prohibited:

All accommodation reservations are made through secure external platforms (Logdify or Amenitiz),
so the booking process, payment and availability management are governed by the terms and conditions of those platforms.

Nomad Málaga acts as the manager of the accommodations and guarantees that the information published about availability, prices and characteristics
is true and up to date at the time of publication.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All contents of the Website (texts, images, photographs, logos, brands, graphic design, source code, etc.) are the property of Imprezalia S.L.
or of third parties who have authorized their use.
Reproduction, distribution or modification without the express written authorization of the owner is prohibited.

6. Liability

Imprezalia S.L. is not responsible for any damages or losses that may arise from the misuse of the contents of the Website or from the use of outdated information.
